Child Safety Standards Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

Unlocking 982 has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

Users are strictly prohibited from creating, uploading, sharing, requesting, promoting, or distributing any content or behavior that exploits, abuses, sexualizes, endangers, grooms, traffics, or harms minors.

We remove content and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these standards. When we become aware of confirmed CSAM or CSAE activity, we take appropriate action in accordance with applicable laws, including reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or relevant regional authorities where required.
