982X – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your membership in 982X, operated by Barletta Digital, a sole proprietorship registered in Germany under Benjamin Barletta, located at Rockenauerpfad 19, 69190 Walldorf, Germany. By joining 982X, you agree to the following:

1. Membership Overview

Upon successful onboarding, members gain:
Access to the 982X digital platform and community
Invitations to curated events and dinners (subject to availability)
Exclusive partner benefits and offers
Membership is strictly personal and non-transferable.

2. Pricing & Payments

‍
a. Onboarding Fee
A one-time onboarding fee of €982 is charged to join 982X.
This fee covers your onboarding process and evaluation by our team and is strictly non-refundable.
b. Monthly Subscription
Members are charged €50 per month on a recurring basis.
You may cancel anytime, but your cancellation will only take effect at the next billing cycle.
No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused access.
c. Payment Failure
If your payment method fails, Stripe will retry. If payment remains unsuccessful after 14 days, your membership will be automatically revoked without refund.

3. Events & Dinners

a. Availability
Access to dinners and events is not guaranteed and depends on location, scheduling, and capacity.
b. Refund Policy
No-shows are not penalized, but purchased tickets are non-refundable.
If 982X cancels an event, a full refund will be issued.
If you cancel attendance, you must notify us via email at least 7 days prior for a refund consideration.

4. Code of Conduct

‍
All members are expected to uphold a high standard of behavior. Disrespectful, harassing, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate conduct may result in immediate termination of membership, without refund, at our sole discretion.

5. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property

‍
Members agree not to record, screenshot, share, or distribute any content, discussions, or materials from within the 982X community.
An NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) is deemed accepted as part of this agreement.
All content, branding, materials, and communications shared by 982X remain the exclusive property of Barletta Digital.

6. Liability

‍

By joining 982X, you understand and agree that:
No financial, health, or business advice shared within the community is to be taken as professional or legal guidance.
You participate at your own risk in all events, and 982X is not liable for any physical, mental, or financial harm resulting from your participation or interaction with other members.

7. Jurisdiction

‍
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
Any legal disputes shall be handled exclusively in the courts of Heidelberg, Germany.

8. Changes to Terms

‍
982X reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. All changes will be posted on the official website and take effect upon publication.
